In Time

What role does time play in your work?

As the years passed, this listening did not fade. It became more conscious, but never faster. My creation continued to demand duration: the time of the project, the time of manual work, the time of waiting.

Every engraved mark, every worked surface, carries this stratification. Time has never been an obstacle, but a necessary condition.

Over time, I understood that this listening did not concern only matter. It also concerned space, context, the air I was breathing.

Creation did not change its rhythm, but its setting. This is how place naturally entered my path.
